Common questions.

Can I cancel anytime?
Plans require a minimum 3-visit commitment. After your 3rd visit, you can pause or cancel anytime, just let us know before your next scheduled visit and we'll take care of it.
What if I need to skip a month?
You can pause your membership at any time. We'll put your slot on hold and pick back up whenever you're ready.
Does the membership include interior cleaning?
Yes. Every plan includes a full interior and exterior clean at every visit. Add-ons like clay bar treatment, ceramic waxing, and excessive pet hair removal are available for an extra $35 each.
When does billing happen?
Billing aligns with your service schedule. Monthly members are billed monthly, bi-monthly members every two months. You'll always receive a notification before any charge.
What if I'm not home during the service?
No problem. Exterior services can be completed without you present. We'll send a notification when we arrive and when we're done.
Is there a first-clean discount?
Yes, your first clean as a new member is discounted. It's our way of starting the relationship right.
