Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or website. By booking a service with Lustra Mobile Detailing ("Lustra," "we," "us," or "our") or using our website at lustradetail.ca, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Lustra Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services in Whistler, BC and the Sea to Sky corridor. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in situations where the vehicle condition presents safety risks or where service cannot be performed to our standard.
All service bookings are subject to confirmation by Lustra Mobile Detailing. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email or text message.
Pricing provided at the time of booking is an estimate. Final pricing will be confirmed before any service begins. We will not begin work without your approval of the final quote.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by e-transfer, credit card, and cash. Membership plans are billed on a recurring cycle as agreed at the time of sign-up.
Overdue invoices may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to service quality deficiencies and does not cover pre-existing damage or conditions.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, modifications, or special care requirements for their vehicle prior to service. Lustra Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, worn trim, deteriorated seals, or other conditions present before service begins.
We will photograph vehicles before and after service where appropriate. By booking our services, you agree that we may document the condition of your vehicle for our records.
Lustra Mobile Detailing carries $1,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage is caused by our negligence during service, our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement, up to the limits of our insurance policy.

Membership plans are provided on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a membership plan, you authorize Lustra Mobile Detailing to charge the agreed amount on a recurring schedule. All membership plans require a minimum commitment of 3 visits. After the 3-visit minimum has been fulfilled, you may cancel or pause your membership at any time by providing written notice before your next scheduled service date.
Membership rates are locked in at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust rates for new enrollments with 30 days notice.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date.
